Participation entails sharing the vision and running along with others to make the vision a reality.
The law of participation states that the more active you are in whatever you are engage in, the more satisfaction and fulfillment you will obtain, and the more motivated you are to keep running until the vision is actualized!
Every participation not built on a well understood vision will soon grow weary and everyone that shares in a vision without running along to ensure its actualization, never really is a part of it. Either he/she does not buy the idea or it is not a priority for him/her! Are you a participant?
