I Don't Just Want A Promising Young Man But A Man Resolute About Life And Purpose!

In as much as he or she is willing to step up then standards and statuses become inconsequential in love! But what would you say of a guy or lady who is not there yet and has no drive to get there? 

You know, we advise that you don't accept or reject love base on a person's status but on values especially when he or she has potentials but I want to point out this morning that some very talented promising young persons do fail to manifest. 

Because they lack the drive to ensure their potentials manifest in reality and as such they become a disappointment to you who hoped for a brighter future with them! 

Lack of drive is actually the reason why some of them are the way they are and where they are in spite of how endowed they maybe! So, as much as you admire his or her potentials you should also look out for his or her drive for excellence especially if you aim for such! 

If not at the end of the day, you will end up frustrated not just because the hope you had in him or her will be dashed but that he or she will also limit you! Instead of complementing you, you will always have to drag him or her along and as such he or she becomes a weight that slows you down! 

This is one reason why we have some frustrated married people around, especially ladies who had high expectations of their husbands before they got married! 

She saw in him an intelligent, smart, responsible and even godly personality though, he had nothing she hoped for a brighter future but here she is in the future and things are only getting worst by the day. 

She use to be this happy and satisfied person whether with little or much but since she got married, she has not known satisfaction! Her hopes were dashed and she seems bond and limited without ambitions and aspirations! 

He keeps repeating the same promises that things will get better soon, some even blame their misfortune on spiritual beings and others simply give up with the excuse that they have tried all that is within their reach! 

In such a case, he is never frustrated as the lady because in the first place he never had the determination to be a high flier in life rather, all he promised her were just mere wishes he felt will come to pass based on his talents and potentials! 

But for a man or woman to manifest in destiny much more is required! 

I have discovered that most times, the issue is not just the difference in status but in the willpower to succeed! 

For instance, we often say "he is not rich today does not mean he will be poor for life" but the point is this; is he even willing to be rich? The truth is not every person has the desire to be rich! By desire I mean a strong determination such as will succeed against all odds! 

Not everyone wants to be exceptional, excellent or extraordinary, some persons are just comfortable with their life the way it is even when they have what it takes to make it better. 

So when you see their ability and expect much more from them, they never meet up with your expectations! 

They keep planning and never actualize any of their plans, they almost never complete any project if eventually they start, they have one thousand reasons why things are the way they are and when such person happens to be believers, they are obviously waiting on God! 

Waiting for God's time, God's direction, God's intervention! Like Gideon, many are waiting for God to intervene in their case and have failed to recognize and put to use the ability God has given to them! 

Not until God addressed Gideon as a mighty man of valour he never knew he was one and right now God is saying to someone "go in this thy might" Brother/sister take your destiny in your hands! 

If you are such a person that expects so much in life that is, one that is full of ambition you must ensure that the person you are getting involve with is like minded!

 If not you either take it upon yourself to work on him or her or you just save yourself future misery! Not every man can bear or handle your dream, he can only be supportive if he is ambitious too! Enjoy your weekend!
