They are ingrates and unreliable as a result of greed and insincerity even with themselves... They are insecure, they posses a very low self-esteem, finding it difficult to believe in themselves.
So, they go at any length to find and expose other people's faults and inadequacy... Get busy with your life and you won't mind the next person.
