Not everyone understands why you do the things you do, not everyone see things from your perspective, not everyone is smart like you...most times you just wish people will step up and stop been foolish and backward!
Meanwhile, the same persons are wishing you could come down a bit and carry them along... For the the fact you are ahead gives you the responsibility to lead and show others the way but this can only be achieved with patience!
Note that everyone is a leader in his/her own capacity and there is always someone who admires and wishes to learn from you! Be patient enough to carry people along.
