It is not how many persons have been blessed by your ministry but how many persons God has blessed through your ministry, not how many souls you've won to God but how many souls God has added to the kingdom through you...
It is not about "our" ministries, sermons, songs, ministrations, programs, activities, abilities, strengths, skills...
