Some persons are scared to be responsible for themselves or any group/organization they belong. Most times, they actually come around to see if they can become better... Some are not really wayward and useless as you think.
Rather, they just need a pattern, instructions, guidance, trust...to become better! Dear leader, they need someone to teach them, they need someone who will believe in them and willingly walk them through the path...
Are they ever going to grow up? Yes, but with your help and support! If you can teach a man and help him realize his worth, he will sure grow into full stature.
