It is one thing to be eligible for a contest, winning is another thing all together. Meanwhile, sometimes you have to be selected or elected for your eligibility to even count! All these, just for you to contest but most persons even loose before the contest begin, not because they are not good but that they are not good enough.
Even when you think you have arrived put in more effort and you will discover that it's never useless! Rather, it makes you and what you do outstanding!
