Success is not just the result of a single factor but many factors put together. Not every effort/labour end up successful. For instance, if you only work hard without direction and consistency you will not be successful as someone who has those qualities added to his labour.
Hardworking is a term that encompasses all that is needed to be successful, it simply means you do not just labour but with vision, focus, courage, patience, determination and so on.
It is not a seasonal thing but a process which is aimed at achieving a goal! Do not just work hard rather, be hardworking!
