The simple truth is that first, for the fact you are not benefiting from it does not mean others are not! Secondly, the better and bigger things you recognize once started from somewhere and were not better than what you term as unskilled and imperfect but over time they improved...
So you see, even if you do not appreciate the little efforts people make there will always be people who will appreciate them! Stop making everything about you.
