You have failed to live according to pattern, simply because you fail or refuse to place restrictions and boundaries for yourself!
A pattern confines you and defines you; no confinement no definition. If you want your freedom then forget about living according to pattern.
Meanwhile, the absence of rules does not make you a free man rather, it steals your self-control and makes you a slave to everything.
A life without a pattern lacks direction and destination and will definitely end up anywhere. I'm sure you don't want to end up just anywhere...
