Intimidation, a tool for some and a weight on others! Of a truth, we cannot achieve anything on our own. We all need people either as superiors, partners or subordinates if we must succeed.
Meanwhile, anything we do we do not just for ourselves but for others, whether as a work of charity or business! It is unfortunate that some persons have mastered the act of getting things done at the expense of others, victimizing and taking advantage of them.
Trampling on their confidence and self esteem; victims walk around defeated even without a contest... Listen to me; let no one victimize you. No matter what, be confident enough to defend yourself!
