In the name of discipline you have demoralized so many, reduce their self esteem! They no more see themselves capable of doing anything good because most often they fail to see the wrong they have committed and when they are punished continually, they conclude you hate them or they are just bad! Explain to the person his/her wrong, the negative effect or damage that could result. Scoldings and insults are not wonderful tools for discipline and if you must punish do not be extreme then your disciplinary actions will be more fruitful! 😊 GoodMorningFromIseme
