For the fact he/she could not or refused to be of help today does not mean he/she can not be of help tomorrow, because he/she said 'no' to your request does not mean he/she is wicked nor does it mean your request is foolish. Try not to read so many meanings to the response 'no' accept it as a simple 'no'! No need hating the fellow nor yourself! Do not write people off because they said 'no' to you, they could actually be of help tomorrow 😊
