EXHAUSTED IN TODAY! What Becomes Of My Tomorrow?

"Today has it's own challenges and demands, it is packed full with it's own troubles, so many things I have to do to make ends meet yet, I'm suppose to invest daily for tomorrow if not my dream will become a mere wish. With the too many tasks on ground each day, how I'm I suppose to invest for the future when I most times use up the day and carry over so much to the next day! 

Since my dream is not urgent nor pressing, I get carried away with the numerous and urgent activities needed to conquer each day and do nothing as regards actualizing my dream. Meanwhile, they say 'do something everyday towards actualizing your dream'. Of course, procrastination is my remedy to my inability to balance the needs for today and tomorrow while executing my daily activities..." 

Most times the job most people do, do not have a relationship with their dreams nor are they passionate about such jobs but because of the money they earn, they decide to keep their jobs though their passion diminishes daily. Meanwhile, the actualization of your dream requires money of which outside your job you may not have other means to raise the money as a result, some persons walk away from their jobs with no alternative source of income thereby, some end up frustrated. 

Others in the process of making ends meet and raising money end up loosing sight of the dream that once motivated them. Their minds become too crowded with their day to day routine especially when they get enough money to spend and save. Such people normally say things like "what else do I want? I'm well paid, what's the need of troubling myself over dreams or ambitions! More over, everything is aimed at making money" Which is not true! 

Your life dream should transcend money making, it should be aimed at making impact, contributing to the society, giving back to the society, creating a legacy that will out live generations. People show different level of passion while some are very passionate about their dreams others are less passionate so, they are easily carried away since their motivation is not strong enough to keep driving them. 

As soon as they get enough comfort or more from something else they are distracted. Others give up their dream when the process of actualizing it seem too hectic and tedious for them. They just feel it is not worth the stress even without directing their passion towards something else, they just prefer a quiet and simple life without much struggles. As much as living for today is urgent and important, when you fail to apply wisdom you will live spending today at the expense of tomorrow. 

People who are carried away with too many activities always live each day under so much pressure, accomplishing very little and carrying over so much to the next day and as time goes on with such unfulfillment from daily targets or goals and an underlying dissatisfaction with oneself, person wear away in resentment, sadness and indifference, feeling like failures. What exactly can one do to keep up with today and tomorrow as well? 

Make the future part of your present such that you live in the present with so much considerations for the future. In decision making and in time management, even before setting out to do anything be sure of its effects as regards the actualization of your dream. Be disciplined enough not to neglect it and also depending on how passionate you are about your dreams you will work hard to stick with a plan that will favour it. 

Meanwhile, you should be able to prioritize your activities knowing what is less significant though urgent, so you don't waste your time on such. With a properly arranged priority list you can achieve so much in a day while you invest in tomorrow. Also do not over crowd your day even with the important stuffs learn to take one day at a time. Meanwhile, it is advised that you don't just jump at any job offer but such that will help you or contribute in actualizing your dreams maybe by giving you experience, skills, etc so as to keep your motivation intact and your passion burning. 

Like you consider the salary or wages, you should also consider the time it requires from you, how well you can manage it alongside actualizing your dream though, the money may not be so much compare to other opportunities before you! It is not wise to prioritize money over your dreams, if it can pay your bills and also be enough to fund the process of actualizing your dream then it should be enough. Do not exhaust your life in daily activities for survival with nothing to show for it at the end of the day. Be passionate, be realistic, live today to the fullest, and don't fail to actualize your dreams!
