Do you have a friend?

Can you talk to her about it? Do you feel she can not be of help ? Do you think she is going to judge you? Even if she can not do anything about your situation, a listening ear and the ability to share your pain gives you that idea that you are not alone.

For the fact someone seems to understand what you are going through, brings a sort of relief but keeping it inside causes you a lot of trauma.

If you can freely talk to her about it, without her being judgemental nor making it a gossip, consider her a friend.

A friend will support you even when your pain is self inflicted and will patiently walk with you till the storm is over! Do you have a friend?
