Often times, people tend to be aggressive when they are helpless. Especially when they find themselves in critical situations in which they cannot defend themselves.
At such times, they are tempted to unleash their anger/displeasure on anything or anyone around them...
Instead of transferring your anger on another, you should know that sometimes our insufficiency as men has a way of creeping out no matter how hard we try.
So, you should not always let it get to you even when it's your fault, take it easy on yourself.
Admit your fault, weakness or helplessness and ask for help when you should. Life is simply a process of getting better!
