You listen and hear them out not because you have no issues rather, because you see beyound your issues, you have a scope wide enough to accommodate others. Sometimes it seems too much on you but passion and love keeps you going; that is what makes you a leader, not just the office but your ability to carry others along accomplishing a common goal, bringing out the best in them and identifying with them in their weakness even when you are not strong!
