The love of Christ constrains us

"All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any." 

Beyond the restrictions of the law of Moses, the love of Christ constrains us... This love is shed abroad in our hearts by the holy ghost. 

"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh...That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk...after the Spirit. 

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh..." Happy Sunday!
